Traffic was an issue due to St Patrick parade. But felt more information about city and places could have been much better. The bus driver needs praised it has hard on him with people complaining even though it was explained why it was so slow. Need a pamphlet or something to let you know what to expect. I would pay more if information was better.

Rachel was a fantastic tour guide. She was very knowledgeable about New York, and also gave us tips and hints on how to get around that we really appreciated. Because of a St Patricks Day Parade that caused traffic chaos, she could think on her feet and adapt the schedule to suit the occasion. I would definitely recommend this trip - 10/10.

An experience….

There were definite issues between the bud driver and tour guide. Kevin was nice and informed about the area , however ( and to be fair , there were traffic issues due to street closures)he was clearly frustrated and the two had difficulty agreeing on the necessary changes to the route. At least 20 people got off the tour. Honestly , at the height of these issues the only reason we didn’t is because we feared we would not be able to get a refund when we asked. All in all, after lunch , there were no major issues (other than a few who chose not to follow directions at ferry) but informative and fun. I do regret the sites we were not able to see though as we paid for. Thank you. I assume you will hear more and hopefully not rude complaints from others.

Good tour for one day in the city

This is a convienent way to see some of the highlights in NYC. I felt they could have covered more areas and give us an itinerary and timeline of the day. Perhaps even making the Staten Island Ferry portion optional and include the Brooklyn bridge walk. Overall a nice day for those who want a guided tour.

This was a very good excursion! Nice way to see the city and then plan what you might want to do on other days you are visiting the city! The only cons were that the lunch stop was very busy and crowded and only 45 minutes allotted at the World Trade Center Dining. Also, the ferry trip to Staten Island was a turn around and come back. If we didn’t HAVE to exit the ferry per the operator’s instructions we would not have even gotten off. That was unclear from the tour guide’s instructions. That is why I rate 4 stars.

Lots if information. Was not able to eat a hot lunch due to long lines with other tour groups. S we ate snacks. Maybe suggest bringing snacks in case lines are too long

We purchased this tour with the upgrade of a glass top van. Apparently they are under safety recall so got put in a large bus. The bus ride was fine but lost experiencing much of the sites from the middle of a bus. 45 minutes for lunch at a busy stop was very rushed.
