Excellent driver & guide

Manoj was an excellent driver and arrived early to pick us up. Our guide Owais catered the tour and information to our questions. We learned so much, and he also took some amazing photos of us that we will cherish forever! Also very clear communication soon after we booked. Be sure to pack pretty lightly as security limits what you can bring into the Taj Mahal grounds. We left our snacks and bigger items in the car with our driver.
Good but drive was chaotic

While our driver from New Delhi to Agra and back encountered some unfortunate obstacles, the tour guide and experience at the Taj Mahal was highly positive. The guide was knowledgeable and good natured. He was able to answer all of our questions, take photos, explain Indian cultural norms, and took us to a nice restaurant. We enjoyed the fort and the trip to the marble crafting demonstration. The driver was courteous and friendly and handled a few serious challenges well. That said, he seemed to lack experience and got flustered. He was 30 minutes late picking us up from our hotel because he did not ask for directions from the guards, and his dispatcher did not seem to support him or clearly communicate with us. The driver had to go to three separate gas stations in the first twenty minutes of the ride because some were broken, closed, or had long lines, even though this is not the norm in New Delhi - he did not know which stations were best and did not fill the tank before picking us up, so we were about an hour late. He dangerously weaved through traffic to make up for lost time and accidentally hit another car (it was just a scratch, but causes more delays and anxiety). He used a dirt road instead of the highway on the ride back, and did not explain this decision. That said, it was obvious that he meant well and was very apologetic. We have not had this experience with other drivers in New Delhi

Had a very good trip to Agra and the Taj Mahal. The driver was on time and drove safely. Sajid the tour guide had great knowledge and took care of the group. I recommend this tour.

Approxiamtely 4 hour car ride to Just see a monument? ABSOLUTELY! Thank you Hussein for guiding us through the history Agra and adding life to the incredible view of the taj mahal. I had an amazing time visiting the Taj Mahal. The driver picked me up from the hotel on time and waited for me until the tour was completed. The guide was excellent, he perfectly explained to me the history of Taj Mahal and curiosities about Agra’s Fort as well. I definitely recommend to live the experience of Agra and Taj Mahal with agency and this guide

Fantastic experience

We started from Dwarka. The driver came 5 mins early to our hotel and we started our journey on time at 6am. The car (innova) was very neat and clean. We had our breakfast in a dhaba called Shiva Dhaba on the way to Agra. It was great. We reached around 10am to Agra and the guide Amaan joined us. He was very nice and explained every details about Agra and obviously Taj Mahal as well. In Taj Mahal, guide helped us getting through the queue and he was totally with us and helped with the photographs on our phone as well. We hired a photographer and he exceeded our expectation as well. All the photos were great. They charged 100INR/photo and we took all the photos as we couldn’t reject any 🙂. Be prepared for crazy hotness if you are planning for summer trip. Plenty of water bottles, hat and sunglasses helped so much. Lunch, the crew arranged the lunch in a good restaurant and we loved the food. Murgh tikka masala and garlic naan were their best. Agra fort, our kids were so tired already so we requested just to roam around the Agra fort in the car. Guide explained everything about the Agra fort. And then we headed back to our hotel and reached around 7pm. Things to highlight 1. They cover any part of Delhi to pick up. We stayed in Dwarka welcomhotel ITC. Far way from the main city but still they covered the trip. 2. I initially scheduled for 8am and requested in the midnight for 6am as our kids were awake . The team really made it happen. I really appreciate that. 3. I felt safe in the entire trip. Overall I highly recommend them for anyone visiting Delhi for tourism.

The tour guide Ovais was incredible! He is very knowledgeable about the history of the city and the culture. He guided us around with confidence and helped us take fantastic photos!! We had great food and even enjoyed some souvenir shopping. Our drive was the only bad part of the experience.

Great tour!

Faizal was great. Booking, pickup/drop off, and the drive went smoothly. Babban, who drove me 3 hours to meet my tour guide, was so kind and helpful. A 3 hour car ride is a long time for Babban especially in silence as I slept most of the way. I felt safe in his care and he was very friendly. Ive been on some other tours in other countries where the driver took detours and didn't communicate to me at all, and where they tried to get more money from me. Note these other tours I reference were NOT with TripAdvisor/viator. The tour was great, but it was very hot for me so I didn't enjoy the sights as much as I had hoped. The Taj Mahal was magnificent and Faizal did a great job explaining the history.

Traveling as a solo female in India, I wanted to have every detail planned out from start to finish, and this tour really gave me exactly what I wanted. Vishal was a great guide, so generous and incredibly knowledgable. I wish I had done the tour with Agra Fort as well, but time did not allow us as I had to get back to Delhi. Highly recommend this tour, it's worth the drive and it's worth the ease of getting to the front of the line, going through the tour with a personal guide, and having a delicious local spot to eat afterward.

This is one of the best days in my life, not only for being able to achieve a life goal but because Kaif and his whole team did an over excellent job. The driver was on time at my hotel picking me up, even offered to stop during the trip for drinks and tea free of charge. One day trip to Agra

I visited Taj Mahal and Agra Fort with them. Everything was smooth and according to the trip description. The driver was on time everywhere and he was very kind. We had a good talk on the way. The guide was very informative. He knows both places very well. He showed good photo spots and took photos too all the way. We went to have lunch in a local restaurant. It was delicious and a huge amount. I recommend this trip to everyone.
