Dear travelers, to receive your tickets, you must travel in our commercial vehicle at Pearl harbor. We cannot meet you at Pearl Harbor and hand over your tickets, it’s against Pearl Harbor policies. Guests staying nearby hotels in Ko Olina area will need to find their own transportation, meeting point will be at Leonard's Pearlridge Malasada Mobile, 98-1005 Moanalua Rd, Aiea, HI 96701. You will be opt out from cemetery drive by portion of this tour, unless you decide to get drop off in waikiki, Thank you.

Pearl Harbor was a great...

Pearl Harbor was a great experience. Being able to see something so historical was memorable. We were honored to be able to see this memorial in person and we will never forget the history of this place and what it represents. The only thing I would have enjoyed more is getting the full experience at the memorial. Our tour guide for the ride to Pearl Harbor talked way too much and trying to hard to get us hyped or excited for the memorial. The ride didn't need any explanation of the memorial when we couldn't enjoyed learning everything there.

Unhappy Experience

The tour driver was rude and aggressive. Someone at the tour company assigned a group with a walker and a mobility scooter to our van, which had no storage space for the scooter or walker. It was not the fault of the tourists, but of the vendor. The driver got very ugly and mean, rude to the poor tourists who did nothing wrong. The driver was then belligerent to the rest of us as well. Although the USS Arizona Memorial is a "must-do" for Pearl Harbor, especially just around Memorial Day, I feel it is vastly over-rated. The tour was convenient, avoiding the administrative hassle of making our own reservations. But we were so turned off by the driver that we took a taxi back after the visit to the Memorial to avoid him.

While the Pearl Harbor experience was amazing, I didn't care for this tour operator. They messed up our pick up time and place. The driving was a bit on the hairy side for me. We didn't originally want to spend a lot of time at Pearl Harbor, but we wished we had more time to take a tour of Ford Island and the submarine. Apart from the boat ride to USS Arizona, and the video experience, we didn't have a whole lot of time for the museum and to walk around.

My husband and I live in Oahu, we were hosting family. We feel like this tour should allow locals to drive to the location instead of being picked up. The tour should not have been 4 hours long. We feel like the total tour would have been ok with 2 hours given the USS Arizona was 10 minutes. Overall great tour, just a lot of wasting time without any real guidance until our hit times.
