Detta var ett bra sätt att se de olika sevärdheterna runt staden, trots det mycket kalla vädret (se till att du klär dig bra). Peter var en utmärkt guide. mycket kunnig, mycket vänlig och en lätt person att relatera till. Han tog oss till ett fantastiskt kafé och rekommenderade några platser för oss att besöka.

Robert var en utmärkt guide, kunnig och talade bra engelska. Plockade upp oss på hotellet i rätt tid och vi gick. På fyra timmar såg/besökte vi många höjdpunkter i Budapest, både Buda och Pest. Besökte en stor marknad och ett gammalt kafé. Dessa var bra för en inblick i det ungerska livet. Tur med högt värde. Tuk Tuken var täckt och det fanns filtar som vi egentligen inte behövde så även i början av december var vi inte obekväma.

Tillbringa en otrolig dag med att se staden via Tuk Tuk. Peter, vår guide var mycket kunnig och rolig. The Tuk Tul Kan gå platser bilar inte kan. Smuttar enkelt i bakgränder och små parkeringsplatser. Jag känner att vi såg mycket roligare att vi skulle ha något annat sätt.

Regretfully writing this review, despite not wanting to, to create a better service and provide real honest feedback about our experience. The gentleman who drove our Tuk Tuk was very kind however, the expectation did not meet reality. I paid £212.00 for the experience and did not get what I paid for, we were taken to a lot of places as agreed previously but the “TOUR” part is the bit missing, when we got to places we wanted to visit none of the historical facts were of note, the gentleman wasn’t English primarily speaking but he didn’t even walk with us to most attractions he just dropped us off to take photos and went on his phone to wait for us to return. I expected far more historical facts and information and a real tour GUIDE, instead we got an extremely expensive, cold bumpy taxi ride. Please in future ensure you take guests to all the attractions, show local restaurants, talk about history and walk with them while you explain; the conversation whilst driving isn’t ideal as you can barely hear anything. If there’s parts of the local history that are unknown then maintain training for staff so they can continue to help give guests a better experience. Again with regret and I hope that in future guests are given a premium experience. Apologies

Above all, we are sorry to hear that you had an unsatisfying experience, this couldn’t be farther from the purpose of our service, of what Budapest TukTuk stands for. A half day long private TukTuk tour might not be the service with the lowest price, but we do our best to create the value that is worth every penny. In comparison with other customizable, private vehicle and guide including 4 hour long tours, our service is very good value, as many other customer reports state. After we looked back on the details of your tour I felt surprise, because your guide has been with us for many years, he is often mentioned in the reviews before and after yours, and he is famous for being talkative - maybe even too talkative sometimes. He could have made mistakes during your tour, we are sincerely sorry if his performance wasn’t to your liking, we really wish you had a good time. On the other hand we would like to emphasize that he is a tour guide with multiple certificates and decades of experience in leading tours in Budapest, with profound knowledge. However, there are times when stars don’t align, one can have a bad day, the roads are bumpier, the weather is mean, things just don't come together. We had to learn that sometimes things don’t work out the way we want them despite all our efforts. In these few cases we attend to understand the nature of the experience and heal the situation, so nobody has to leave unsatisfied. I wholeheartedly wish that we could have changed the course of your experience. As you can see, there is a vast ocean of five-star reviews and only very, very little average or worse experiences: your perception is clearly irregular. I wish we could have known about your lack of satisfaction during the four hours of the tour, we would have been happy to adjust to your desire, and provide you the great time we attended to do. Once again, we are very sorry about your experience, yet we trust that you can see too, that your impressions are far from the service that Budapest TukTuk has been providing every day, for almost a decade.
